Wierd lagging

I just started playing and sometimes my opponents are moving wierd and stuff.Are they lagging or am I lagging?

Uhh.  We don't really know.  What was your ping?  What was their ping?  What do you mean by "weird movements?"

Like they are jumping around in wierd motions and stuff. And sometimes the screen starts showing code. Are they hacking?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Soldat. If the problem persists, you're boned. :D

I'll laugh so hard if the "code" turns out to be someone saying "jajaja I pwn3d u s000 b4d".

Take a screenshot and show it to us (use the forum uploader) when this "code thing" happens.

Edit: And the lagging is normal. Soldat lags oddly.

if it is lagging badly, the odds are that you're just on a server that is too far away from you.  Sort the lobby list by order of increasing ping (click the ping column) and choose one with a lower ping.

also, please read the forum rules about signatures and fix yours as soon as possible.

its most likely network code. its in all blue and fills up various areas of screen. its from packet loss which is increased because of latency or lag. this can happen to anyone. as for moving wierd, describe exactly what they did, cus ive seen people move in wierd ass ways before and they were not lagging.
