Server problem

When I create a server, nobody join it, my friends dont see it in the lobby list.

But, it says that the server has been registered in the lobby...it says that at every 2 min... I think there is a problem there

Many things can cause this, in options is the Register in lobby server checked? Are your friends filters causing the problem? Is it too laggy to join makeing it have a ??.? ping? Are you in offline mode? These are all the reasons I can think of.
