Scripting SetWeaponActive

When every weapon is disabled, the weapons menu still appears, and you can't click anything kuz theres nothing to click on.. It should prevent the menu from appearing if everything is disabled.

function DisableWeaponsMenu(ID:byte);

might be something useful to add
