I brush my teeth twice a day and I haven't had  any holes(I had bracers for over two years and I just got them removed). You shouldn't eat stuff all the time, I only eat three times a day.

You know when I was getting bracers I had to remove four perfectly good tooths and on the last one the painkiller didn't work but I never told the dentist :P

Dude, you need to brush them plugs even if you don't think it'll do you any good! Get some plastic teeth or something, and start reevaluating your whole hygiene strategy. I don't mean to bash you off, but bad dental hygiene is the biggest turnoff known to man, and probably women in particular.

Seriously, brush'em!

you just need to brush the ****ing teeth. maybe try to avoif the center of the hole

I had the root surgery or w/e is it called when I was 11... I AGREED to do that without ANY painkiller. It was like 2 minutes of 7/10 pain and 10 seconds of 9/10 when they got into the Root Chanber (lol). After that, they put the poison there and the root died for one day with continues pain, but not THAT unbareable. I slept normally after that.

If I could hold that when I was 11 (rofl), you can hold that even without any painkiller too...
I'd propose you not to get like a "Brave One" though, cause that feeling isn't cool.

My SPAS-12 doesn't like most of people. He can mistakenly shoot your brain out of your head and splash it on the nearest wall.

I never had to go through anything like that, but I'd probably be lying if I said I wouldn't accept any painkilling.. stuff. Some guy smacked me once and somehow one of my teeth got scratched. For a long time, whenever I had to brush my teeth or whenever I had something sugary or cold to drink, I would have an oral meltdown! It hurt so much!!
I can only imagine what you must've gone through, mate..

Girls don't dig brown teeth.

Get yourself motivated... if it helps, get an electric toothbrush... personally I prefer manual toothbrushes, I find them more invigorating and stimulating to brush my teeth with...

When I was a kid I didn't brush much maybe once a few days.. my teeth weren't very nice, and they were never the same after that.. of course now I'm older and wiser and I brush after breakfast, and before going to bed and my teeth are nice and white.

Using mouthwash on its own is pretty stupid, all you're doing is washing away some of the bacteria in your mouth.. But the bacteria left behind will still multiply.

You need to brush before using mouthwash for it to be effective.

1) Bacteria feed off of small bits of food in your mouth and they produce acids which eat away at your teeth, discolouring and damaging them and giving off an odor.

2) Toothbrushes help remove food and bacteria from around the teeth and gums.

3) Toothpaste kills bacteria and leaves your breath smelling nice.

4) Mouthwash simply helps wash away the bacteria and food that you didn't spit out before.

LOL. Well I used to use an electric toothbrush but I just prefer manual ones for some reason.. They just feel nicer to use.. and not like you're using a vibrating dildo in your mouth.

I don't like electric toothburshes either, the one I had sounded like a motorcycle engine and felt like one as well.

It shouldn't hurt to get a root canal fixed. They will probably put you to sleep, using laughing gas. And then they will do surgery on your tooth.

They wouldn't just hurt you..

Electronic toothbrush is one of the best invention made :) - for me

Regarding the canal operation, - it only hurts max. 3 seconds with anesthetization. After that you will probably have calmness for some years, - if your brush your teeth. The girls will like it.

Brushing before goining to sleep is most important. I always think about that f****** bacteria that eats your teeth all the night :)...

i already got braces, yellow colored, what color did you have?
I used the silver/grey ones as I didn't like opening my mouth and show colored ones.

Electronic toothbrushes are not good. They are not as effective as manually doing it.

If you drink/eat anything sour never brush your teeth directly after, wait one hour first beauce your teeth need to regain their pH level or you'll damage them.

Sorry but science has proven the opposite. Just think about the fast and and constant speed of the electronic brush. You only have to concentrate on the area you are brushing. The brush is also smaller in comparison to manual brushes so you can brush edges and small areas easier and more accurate. My dentist also recommend that.

Buy a electrial one! :)

Aquafresh or Colgate ... one of the main brands, don't use cheap stuff it tends not to be as good and there's not much price difference anyway.

When you brush.. it will probably hurt your gums a little and they might bleed.. that's perfectly normal if you don't brush often enough... try brushing twice a day for 2 weeks and you'll soon get in the habit.

I know a dentist and he says that it's better. But then again it all depends how you brush and I feel more comfortable doing it with a normal toothbrush.

BTW Thank you, maybe some day they will return who knows ::)

Any toothpaste will do as long as it has flour (said by the dentist I know).
