Id have to say that the first 2 weeks after quitting are the hardest... After that is easyyy, esspecially if you find a different game, preferably one thats less addictive, for example, Roller Coaster Tycoon :-) It isn't online, therefore it isn't addictive.Like how people said everyone always comes back, I haven't and won't come back, although what I do is check the forum every month for a new game version, cool posts, cool new maps, etc...
