Sorry for bringing this topic back but...you guys they revealed Master Chiefs identity in Halo 3 after legendary mode.

Pfft, of course there's not enough ammo, there never was in any of the previous games. That's why it's challenging. You use grenades, meles, equipment, vehicles and if it comes to it, just run past them all.

I just completed it on legendary, and I'm two skulls away from hayabusa helmet.

It is basically the same exact thing as halo 2 but with preety graphix.

and the graphics have so many effects and so much bloom that they look like shit. The graphics look ok, but in the there-is-way-too-much-shit-on-the-screen kind of way.
It hurts my eyes to play that game for more then an hour at a time without at least a short break.


And anything on the 360 looks like horse shit on an old tv anyway. you almost have to buy an HD or at least an LCD to get a clear enough picture to make the graphics look even remotely good.

Hey dude what i suggest is that when you play multiplayer switch the speed you run at to 300. And make the gravity lower. Omg it gets so crazy running that fast.

Halo 2 was fun though.... I kind of found it dissapointing that they didn't add tons of new content, but the game is still satisfying.

Halo 3 might actually be the reason to why I will probably get a XBox 360 in the future. Along with Gears of War and probably a bunch of other games I'm forgetting about, but mainly the Halo series.

Halo is fine I guess, but even if I did have a 360 I probably wouldn't waste my money on it. It is too much like the 20 other shooter games I have. Too generic to spend money on if you ask me.

I mean yeah, I totally agree on it being overhyped. But 4yo doesn't seem to understand why the game is being bought and loved. The first Halo was so great because it created a successful first person shooter formula for a console game. It also had such a dynamic soundtrack and the story was pretty good. Just at the thought of the second game coming out created the hype on it's own.

Halo didn't create anything mister "Certified moron" Halo was one of the only reasons for people to buy the xbox, which was failing until halo was released because they only had some stupid time cat game on launch. Halo was the only justification for wasting your money on an xbox, there was nothing new about that game.

Halo 2 was just halo 1 but made the multiplayer suck and the story had a stupid cliffhanger. Other then that it is still a generic FPS that has been made a hundred thousand times before.

Halo 3 is just the both of them with a new coat of paint. People like it because they are stupid. No amount of pyrotechnics programming is enough to make a shitty game not shitty. "we made it look pretty" is not a reason to pay 60 dollars for a "game"
