Great PC games for my crappy comp

I'm about to go buy a pc game, mainly for offline singleplayer but if you know of a good multiplayer(online) game for my system requirements (look below) then i'd rather have that and i was wondering if someone can give me some feedback on some good games that wont get old, at least for a while and keep me busy.

mine is slightly better. The best thing on my comp is the video card.

Absolutely. I'd also like to say you should get Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 and any of it's expanisons, although the game is great by itself.

Forgot to mention i have empire earth, age of empires II (and expansion), rollercoaster tycoon (all expansions) and rollercoaster tycoon II (all expansions) those are the best games i have...

Diablo II, Baulders Gate, Myst - i will look into, any more suggestions? (btw no sports games please, i can play sports irl and actually get exercise, and golf is boring either way, so NO to that )

LOL @ Psycho, i'd probably be better off just buying the SNES, might run faster

*edit: To thunderpantz: yeah the graphics card would be the best thing on my computer if my radeon graphics card was compatible with my computer, but my computer is like 6 years old so its not :\ Hopefully new comp and new ISP within the next year (grabs hammer)

It probably wouldn't run, more like make a crippled effort to drag itself. I wouldn't get my hopes up, mate.

And really, try out settlers as well. it's so much fun.

The Settlers is a strategic game, where you can play as either The Romans, The Asians or The Egyptians. You have to keep your city going, producing materials such as iron bars in order for your weaponsmith(fx.) to make weapons. You'll also need mines, grainfarms, windmills, temples, barracks, woodcutters, planters and much more.

It's a very funny game, especially because it's not really like anything else. Ofcourse it's the same main principle as so many other strategic games, but it just has something about it, you know? I'm actually downloading it right now as well.

So yeah, try it out. I don't think you'll regret it.

Indeed, these are probably the best games for I have, I have approxomatley the same specs. You can get them and the expansions for like $20 if you live in the US.
Plus you could always go BattleChest for Warcraft III.
