Hmm I prefer to use ASCII smiley faces :P

I put forth a request for an option in the profile settings to automatically have the "Additional Options -> Don't use smileys" ticked by default.

Saves me having to change it every time (and currently I can't do a quick reply).

I believe this should be a top priority request, as it is obviously the sinlge most important thing ever. Chop, chop.

Yeah, that would be cool. Allthough the current smileys are okay by me, I still like the 'basic' ones better.. =)

Wait but how do you know like what the right size is? Also how were the original simelys created because I'll make them that way?

Most of the smileys on the forums that were made by members were made using a simple image editor, be it something like Paint, another similar program, or something like The GIMP.

the size doesn't matter, but try to keep it similar to the smilies that already exist. Use PNG or GIF format (post them in PNG and I'll convert them to GIF if I need to).
