After playing Soldat all day, I got kicked for a BattlEye violation. This is the first one I've seen in months..

We both got kicked at the same time for the same thing. Any ideas to what could be causing this?

Yeah, I'm having the same problem also with my friend. It started to happen after I saw BattleEye updating. D:

It looks like I'm able to play fine again now..

I get the same error, but with #0 instead of #1, why does battleye need direct3d again?

Stop using ingame-overlay tools. If you use Xfire, you can disable this feature in the options.

Great..now battleyes going to make me stop using xfire ingame too? sad sable...

EDIT: Im still getting directx error #0 and I have xfire and msn and basically everything that pops up but McAfee and Spy Sweeper (my antivirus and antiadware programs) stopped.

Wtf? But Xfire is a genuine program. There's gonna be a lot of people getting kicked with no idea that Xfire is causing it.

i got the same problem for when i played hexer, i fixed it by shutting down xfire, but i cant play soldat without xfire, or else i wont be able to have wars etc

is there a way to fix this problem without shutting down xfire?

I barely use xfire and this is happening ,so im pretty sure its not xfire.. If it is than why am I getting it, I dont use xfire in-game...

do you have xfire running while you're playing though?

BE has kept 90% of the hackers out of BE-enabled servers. Xfire has caused other problems with Soldat in the past, this is not strictly BE's fault.

xfire is the problem! Trust me turning off my xfire whilst playing WORKS i get this battleeye violation..

But is there still a way i can still use xfire and play soldat? i have never had this problem before only after the battle eye update..

Maybe someone should request to Xfire to disable Xfire ingame for Soldat altogether if it causes so many problems?

It's funny how everyone starts flaming when I add advanced detection that everyone wants (or not?).

Such overlays modify the game and this of course can be considered illegal in any way. Please note that you don't need to quit Xfire, you only need to disable its ingame-overlay feature for Soldat.

Also, if you are using Shoozza's chatMod, remove it from your Soldat. It's a hook too.

If your too dumb to disable the ingame- overlay feature for soldat follow this:

Tools>Options>Games>Soldat>You will see below Advanced Options and will see "Disable xfire-ingame" Tick the box and apply and ok the changes!
