This is kinda stupid... but everyone who got that message: What antivirus (etc) program/programs are you using? Cause i use xfire and !avast antivirus , but NEVER have gotten any BE kicks :D

:P newest BE update is a crap :P all if any messenger is open (like xfire, ICQ, GG) it bans u on serwer and displays the direct3d text

Xfire can't cause the violation anymore, ICQ could never cause it in the first place, and never even heard of GG (Gadu-Gadu, looked it up, now know what it is, happy EnEsCe?), but I'm willing to bet it doesn't cause the violation either.

Instead of bagging out BattlEye, maybe you should look for the source of your violation. If you have an ATI card, for example, it may be providing overlay features for Soldat which hook into Direct3D, which you have to disable.

First of all i got damn dropping fps on some servers. (i got Radeon 2600HD agp 512mb) randomly from 80-160fps to 5-10, and than i allmost fixed it with ATT it start fuckin kicking me for Direct3d fuckin Hook #1 !!!
Son of the b*tch!~ i'm so upset ;(

Why soldat alwaus getting worse? Why?
why i cant just play it?

ATT (ati tools trey) cant fix this problem.
It fixed only then i delete battle eye manualy from
C:\Documents and Settings\*me*\Application Data\Soldat\
the game stop freezing, "fake droping fps" effect disappear, til's next battle eye reloading.

WHY IT HAPPENS? from octomber i cant play soldat normaly.. i hate the man who makes battle eye. i wanna his eyes!
