Without the swear filter the forum would look just bad. Not as bad as with this fucking face, of course.

There is Coppa, isn't there? If parents give permission, they should know that we swear. fuck swear filters.

Yeah, this is a 13 and above forum,... only the f-word and the c-word (You know which one) should be censored. (Obviously I cannot say them without bypassing the swear filter, which would result in a violation of the rules, and I'm not planning on doing that anytime soon.)

That may be true but its not our place to assume some of the kids here are already exposed or still in the dark. Its also not our place to assume some of the parents of the members here will condone the fact of their kids reading curse words. Also we have used a filter on the forums since the beginning. No sense in changing that.

I think there was a point where it wasn't enforced if you went around it however.

By golly, I hope not.. ;)

Well, I never thought we should take away the swear filter. It's been put there for obvious reasons. Just a thought anyway..

Ey Cookie.. Could you actually bypass the swearing filter or what?

Not to my knowledge, but hopefully it is enforced now.

Yes I know how to do it after editing a few posts of people getting by the filter.

I think the new swearfilter has me swearing less. any swearfilter at all makes me swear less.
