I wear a helmet, orange hair, orange pants, blue skin and dark red body.

I wear it because it says: Look at me! I'm so good I don't need to hide!

I always wear my bright red shirt just for tradition's sake. Once in a very long while, I'll wear something like off-black.

I have several profiles which contain alternate pants colors, like off-black or khaki, though the jeans color is still my old favorite.

I wear a red shirt and wjite pants usually for 2 reasons:

1. I'm Canadian.

2. I like to employ the "Red Baron" tactic.  The Red Baron in WWI painted his planes bright red instead of camoflaging them, so he could strike fear into the hearts of his opponents.

I have about 5-6 of profiles, but out of the top of my head, they are (they all have the same name, (-=[Kern]=-)):
Kern - Blue normal hair, dark blue shirt, black pants
Camper (rarely used - really!) Everything is various mixtured of green and olive, invisible skin, dredlocks
Perfect Dark (for Anna's PD mod) - Brown hair, green shirt and black pants, supposed to be a green DataDyne guy

Pink Shirt, white pants.
I wear bright colours, mainly so I won't be associated with Soldat's 'pwning pros' (ie new people who only wear black). Leads to some many interesting conversations.

I know with the simple names like "dragon sniper" or "cool shooter". I wear a fuschia top, and purple pants, alongside brown dreads(long hair kicks ass)

Yesterday I had up a temporary server and a guy came in wearing all green, but the lime looking glow-in-the-dark style, it was sweet.

I'm pretty basic: White shirt, black pants, black hair, and I'm not registered, so I'm stuck with the yellow jet colors. I sometimes try a green shirt. I'm not really a bright colors guy. :/

My player has red hair, yellow shirt and blue pants. Mostly because it's supposed to be me; Swedish colors and my haircolor. ^__^;

I think it's cool to have all white clothes, though. I never use that, but a friend of mine does, and it looks groovy.

Hmmm.

At the moment, I have a darkish-khaki-green shirt with helmet, and light olive/beige pants, a colour scheme taken from these guys.

Although I might either start wearing a purple top and yellow pants (The colours of my namesake's costume), or maybe a red shirt and hat, and beige pants. In the style of a British Redcoat, since I am british, and it suits my tendency to be seen and shot easily. :)

Also, hi there.

Since I play CTF mostly and am forced to wear a red or blue shirt, I just go with greenish stuff, since if I'm going to hide somewhere, it lets me focus on obscuring the bright shirt. Otherwise, if I play deathmatch, I wear all white just for style. There's no real point or advantage of bright clothing in Soldat. It's just nice to not look like a clone every so often.

Redish-brown (because it matches my own hair colour) dreadlocks (long, like a girls).
Purple shirt, because purple is the best colour, ever.
Teal pants, because purple and teal go well together.
Silver dogtags, because silver is better than gold and dogtags rock.

Oh and i think the point of bright clothing is to stand out. If you wear the usual all black, or all white your gonna blend in. Its nice to know that people now its you coming after them and not some random black dude.

I hate helmets. Looks sooo dumb to have some square box sitting on your head. Dreads are the only hair style i like. The only other thing i like is the headless people.

I don't mind them, helmets look good, hats are ok, but it is such a shame they have to be the same colour as your torso.

Didn't helmets use to protect you?

Q: What is the point of bright clothing?
A: So that people can look at your sexyness whilst you blow them up :)

Or, to STRIKE FEAR INTO THE HEARTS OF YOUR ENEMIES! Before striking bullets into their faces, of course.

Fat makes you look fat.  :) Bright clothing just attracts attention and doesn't wash away lines and curves the way dark colored clothing does.

I have a very distinguishable outfit; red overall, red face and white dreadlocks.

Why? Because whenever I play against a team, I like knowing which enemy is which, and clothing helps in that: so I want my opponents to know if I'm coming at them ;)

I wear olive pants and a green shirt.  My hair is brown (army), and I have dog tags and a hat.  I think that looks the most like a soldier.
Gamer_2k4

Only anime shows I've felt any interest in over the years are Pokemon (original TV series) and various hentai.
so clearly jgrp is a goddamn anime connoisseur. his opinion might as well be law here.

I use about the same thing for camo. That way if I duck into the bushes and kill someone thay have no idea where it came from.:) It scares them.
