Well i grew up around all types of classic music not really classic rock though... more of what you'd call 'oldies' i guess.... 50's to 90's music... Usually i listen to rap (yes, i know you guys really want to say something about that one there) but when it comes to classics im all about most classic R&B, but i never really knew the names of songs/singers, just knew the words to the songs when they came on, but these are the ones who really pop into my head:

The Temptations
Marvin Gaye
Otis Redding
Barry White

Classical music is always about rose gardens and sunsets? I beg to differ. If you had meant to say classic rock, you'd still be wrong. Trance makes no sense.

What about the 1812 overture? Which is, in fact, about an epic, bloody battle. And uses cannons for percussion.

Like, real cannons.

Also, it's another classic:

If you're impatient, the cannons come in at about 6:00

Win!

Yeah, why does classical music own so much? Hmm.  Maybe because it takes actual skill to write?

Only anime shows I've felt any interest in over the years are Pokemon (original TV series) and various hentai.
so clearly jgrp is a goddamn anime connoisseur. his opinion might as well be law here.
