Best way to remove bloodstains?
« on: October 05, 2007, 12:35:53 am »
Good day SF.

What would be the best way to remove sizable quantities of human blood from clothing? I've heard peroxide works, but I don't want to try anything that could possibly backfire and make my clothing green or something.

I've got three for you.

1. Molotov everything
2. Murder/suicide

The third one is longer...

1. Go to the bathroom.
2. Unzip your pants.
3. Sit on the toilet.
4. ?????????
4. Profit!

huh..time of the month isnt it???

ask your mom, she probably knows how...then again, does she know that you are menstruating??

 :P

just dont wash it with warm waters, if you do the stain will never come off again. Just wash it in cold waters asap.

Hey, if you use a small font again, I'm going to warn you.  Use a spoiler tag if you want to hide something.  Three obnoxious posts in a row, come on.

Cut the blood stains out. Or replace bloodstains with pee stains, blame it on Mountain Dew.

Hydrogen peroxide works.  It draws the blood out of the fabric.  Put a decent amount on the stained area before putting it in the wash machine, and your clothes should come out good as new.

Only anime shows I've felt any interest in over the years are Pokemon (original TV series) and various hentai.
so clearly jgrp is a goddamn anime connoisseur. his opinion might as well be law here.

I've heard that Coca-cola can clean blood, but it was about solid surfaces not clothing...

Cut the blood stains out.
So basically throw out my clothes? Not gonna work. Oh, and to the emokid posts- I appreciate the enthusiasm, but I'm not a cutty-cutty guy.

Thanks LAW, I tried the peroxide and it worked fabulously.

Um, go to Wal-Mart and buy the detergent that says "Stain Remover". Don't need no special homemade whatever, people have already done that for you.

Try soaking it in cold water, if that don't work then use chemicals.
