Well, I got bored again. And this is the result of my boredom.

A bit big and clunky? Too busy?
Well too bad, I like it that way <_<

It's not the best interface, but it's still interesting to try out at least once.

I like it all except the stuff that surrounds the weapon name text. The gradients look good. I like the nade indicators.

Well, it needs to be that size around the weapon, because when long names (Such as the Barret) are there, I don't want it hanging halfway out the side.

Also, what's a gradient? Is that Photoshop talk or something? Because I use MS paint <_<

Clean and simple. This is very nice =]

I think that some parts of it, or maybe all of it, can be a little transparent.

No, it's fireworks talk.

A gradient is whenever you have one color fading into another. (usually this is created by a graphics program as nearly all of them have the capability of doing this)

really nice, i'd suggest giving the AMMObar (yellow) another collor too,so it fits in more with the rest

besides that it's really good, you should make more..and more...

You made this in MS Paint? Damn, you've got some great shading potential. Try using a program dedicated towards pixel art, like Graphics Gale. It's got better zooming, pallet support and color changing than MS Paint, and it's still free (the shareware version just adds some extra stuff, you can still image edit and save with the free one).
As TBDM said, the colors are a bit disagreeable. Rather than changing the ammo bar color, which I think is beautiful, I would change the jet bar color. Right now it looks too much like the health bar. Perhaps you could see what happens if you make it red or green. It could also use some of those cool vertical lines.

... the gradient on that jet bar is seamless! You must have the patience of a saint, custom picking up to 113 different shades.

Actually, picking gradients in MSPaint isn't as daunting as most make it out to be -- just do it all by [in-/]decreasing saturation value by a set increment.

Shadin' in Paint isn't as hard as much people think.

Black colour pallete, it took me ~3 minutes to make it. (att)
