Naah seriously.. they all affect each other. If you are a really active clan you gain individual skill and teamwork etc. Read DragonSlayers post on the first page, he got a good reply IMO

1.) TeamWork
2.) Respect for the leaders
3.) Good Practices
4.) And Spray ;)

2) Daily/Often Practices
3) Try to communicate with each other alot
