OK, I'm pretty certain this idea is not banned by the topic rules.
I simply want to make such things as the sniper sight on the Barret and the 'must crouch' system for the law available for editing.
people can already change nearly everything about soldat weapons so why not these as well? I'm taking about an extra option on the text file on weapons where 1=used in weapon and 0=not used in weapon. for example
minnigun
(normal stats)
weapon crouch=1 (meaning you have to brace yourself to use this heavy weapon)
weapon scope=0

or i might be showing myself as a complete and utter moron and this may already be changeable. if that is the case then someone hit me over the head and delete this topic

Been supported before, too. This should've been here in the first place, and I still say, as I have all the other times, that this should be added now.

This belongs in the suggestions board.

To be honest, I'd love something like this, but there's both the issue of having to re-code Soldat to support it, and the potential for excessive chaos it would cause. Full-auto binkless sniper rifle? Hax.
To sum up my point: We had a multipage debate about toilet padding. (Putting TP in the water so you don't get splashed.)
And we still don't know if dead guys can keep a stiffy.

That's like saying current weapon modding shouldn't have been added because people can make rocket machineguns.
