Barrett isn't noob weapon. Ruger isn't noob weapon. M79 isn't noob weapon. There is NO noob weapons. End.

not just "that person" If you are completely new to soldat, you cant expect to kill many of the more experienced people with the normal weapons, but grab a barret or an m79, and its a whole new story.

I find myself hating barret, because of the playstyle of the barreters. You have to chase after a guy who is constantly on the run around the map, stopping only for a split second to take his shot on you. If he miss or you bink him, he's just racing away once again, untill he gets another opportunity.

The same goes for M79. I cant stand their playstyle.

So that player's tactics is noobish, not the weapon.

Well that's how the barret was designed to be used. All barret users have difficulty with move acc, combined with bink and shot delay it's really suicidal to charge like a mad lonewolf. You shouldn't complain when a player is using a weapon to it's full potential.

Also, it takes just one stray bullet to bink and throw off a barretard's aim. If you're a really good auto user you will constantly bink a barret user to death no matter how fast he runs away. And if you know his spawn places and know where he camps or just wait for him to show up for you, barretards are practically just moving target-practice. 

Barretards who can go face-to-face with anything and still get the shot in, are a whole different story though.

Thats how you tell a difference between a noob and someone who is experienced, the experienced one will be chasing YOU with his knife or whatever secondary of choice and be dodging your shots like crazy until his barrett reloads(or until he dies)

Use an auto and barret. With this you can scout possible camping positions first, and spray/bink first eventhough you can't see him yet on your screen. If he takes health and runs away just change to barret and shoot his running ass. (like when he jets and you're on the ground)

Ok, noobs are people who use sad and overused tactics to win. now, its not an00bs fault that they are a noob, its just a lack of expierance thing. i think any1 who calls some1 a noob should think twice, lest that 'NOOB' come back a year later and kick thier ass. N00Bish tactics, NOT a N00Bish weapon.
btw, any good player will respect the fact that on a small map, a m79 kicks ass and on a big map the barret does the same.

I absolutely can't stand camping. Makes the game so damn fkin boring. Even if i base camp to defend, I still move around all the time. Even when I'm barret-EFC I don't camp.

Bink and move acc doesn't effect me XD

And NO. Baz is not a noob gun, and its very disadvantaged against a skilled autoer who manages to get the first shot in.

Barret in 1v1 however can be extremely gimp, at least in the older versions.


As I've said before, barreting is %80 tactics and %20 skill....
