Requesting Game....

Everytime me or someone else trys to join, when they clikc "join game" it only says  requesting game. It said it had 9999 ping...It's my deticated server. I can't join. Whats the problem. How do i lower the ping? And on the Deticated server test its said i Failed everything...Whats the problem?
