Unfortunately, yes.

On the other hand, if he has been banned by the server, you can do /unbanlast right after.

^you can always /unbanlast, it doesnt matter what kind of ban it was.

you can also unban people by editing banned.txt, it should say the reason for the ban too (eg ping kick, banned by admin).

How can I get unbanned from a server? I was just recently banned from my favorite server. The reason for ban was as follows: F12 EVERYBODY!!!
I think this is lame. If you are going to boot someone find a reasonable reason.
Anyway I would very much appreciate it if someone would help me on this.

Contact the server admin. How you find the contact details is up to you; they might be in the server's information column on http://rr.soldat.pl/, or if you know that the server has a website then look for any means of contacting the server owner there.

It wasn't a ban, it was a votekick.
I think it lasts for a day.
