They will always find a way to hack the game and that shouldn't be a reason to rush the game development at all...

Every new release they need to do sniffing again, and again, and again. If there is one release every 2 years, they got plenty of time to get the stuff, and share with others = easier for newbies to get into hacking. If new version is released every month, I don't think they really bother sharing the stuff, and some of them don't even bother starting to sniff it all, since the joy will only last for few weeks.

The way to get rid of hackers is to ask server hosts to lower the required vote percentage to kick and/or get Soldat players to grow some balls and kick hackers, even if they're on their team.  The biggest cause for hackers not getting kicked is "honest", spineless Soldat players who won't kick them.
Lowering vote% is stupid. Then few people can takeover servers for 1v1's.

Well, battle eye is certainly doing its part, I rarely see hackers nowadays.
Thats because BE somewhat reduces obvious hacks, but there are alot more hackers than you think, you just don't know they are hacking.

And BE also reduces ability to use Fraps, MSN, Xfire while playing Soldat.
AMAZING!
But yea. I like to see people getting kicked for " GameHack: #11", which is good.

I think you forgot there was a hacker I've seen that has an anti-votekick. So your whole base argument is pretty much not valid.

You forgot that votes are server-side and no hack is going to touch them.

Yeah.  You'd have to be one helluva hacker to pull that off. :P

I think that, as well as the fact that people are more afraid of using obvious hacks because of BE, are the reasons we don't see them anymore.  Though some people ubern00bs certainly still use them.

There is a battleye bypass that I've heard about, but BE updates pretty often.

Yeah I was in a game with a guy like that I think he was using the name "Killjoy". Not only did he use that, but also some sort of warp hack I've never seen before...needless to say he was a rather large douche.
