How can I make a soldat demo into a file such as an avi?

record it with a screencapture program such as fraps.

or you could export it to a bunch of bitmaps and use a program called bmp2avi

Thanks for the help!  I made the demo into bitmaps and then I used the program called bmp2avi but it is really jumpy.  I will adjust frame rate.  Maybe that will help.
