I really need help on setting up my website. It is using the same "stuff" as soldatforums. Please post here if you want to help me. I am going to pick the people with the most experience with it.
By the way, the website is kind of a clan website.

You should use phpnuke, phpbb2 or phpbb3. I heard their pretty good.
