Port forwarding

I'm having a little problem forwarding my ports on www.portforward.com. Can anyone help me?

i cant login it wont let me when  i type in username admin and password admin it didnt work

Then they were probably changed, you'll need to find out what the correct values are.

well. if you use linksys i can tell you an easier way =|
