Not bad, but you've got some pretty bad formatting problems with the bars. Edit them to fit in the icons, and maybe change them a little to look less like the defaults.

I'm not sure of what you mean, but the bars are meant to stick out, not wrapping them fully inside..

bevel and emboss effect + gradient + inner shadow + brushes with soft light

Pretty good, but try to compact it into a more 'efficient' form, like Gibuto. The aiming cursor also can use some work.
