weather and jet

if you play on trench, more often then not you will find it rainnig as in animated rain. how do you do that?

Alot of trenchwar maps dont have a lot of fuel for the jets so how do you change the amount of fuel you have on your own map?

You can easily set it when you finish your map, you can't set your own fuel amount to maps that weren't made by you. Just set it i Map settings option.
