Porsekja

My first true attempt at making a defaultish map, complemented by no polybugs. The layout is surprisingly good, because I could go around the map in a smooth process, taking out enemies on the way. Plus, it has just enough jet for getting around quicker, not from recovering from a fall off the main platforms onto the deadly polys below. Ouch. Yeah. Have fun.

Thank you, Niko. I did model it after the poly structures of Bigfalls, and took various green scenery usage from Flashback, and used part of Chakapoko maker's random shading coloring style.

It just kinda made it work.

Not bad... Reminds ME of Ctf_Run ;p its just the colors and... the overall... style of the map... Ya know? I agree with Niko though, it looks VERY much like a default map. I got nothing bad to say to ya :D

P.S.
Nice waterfall effect ;) looks nice  :)

EDIT:
Oh, and is it like 1 of those maps that have no real boundaries, just ends of the map? I like those maps, either way :)

It's like the Original Airpirates: Open playground ended by huge, triangular, deadly polys. I didn't bother making them invisible because it would ruin the defaultish effect.

Great work it is a good map and has a defaultish feeling to it. Although one bad thing the water fall is a bit dodgy lol

What do you mean by "dodgy"?

I used the scenery style of the waterfalls from Bigfalls, only it's a bit more realistic.

A bit too chaotic in terms of shading.. although the default maps had some disorder to the shading, the style your map resulted in is a bit blah. Too much disorder.

The waterfalls are too bright. They look like plasma.

Some of the stalactite-esque lianas are growing slightly diagonally. I understand that you are trying to create variation, but the fact of the matter is that lianas tend not to grow diagonally from a cavern ceiling.

The polys are a bit on the blocky side. Default maps are blocky too, but the poly resolution they have is reasonably higher than this.

I like the bridge though.  :)

Really simple in the layout.  My comments are the same as Mistercharles'.
