Nazi-Communism is not totalitarianist or grim. Democracy won't disappear or deteriorate, of course the most important decisions will be made by the goverment. Execution is always the last resort, not the solution to everything.

Just because your legs are paralyzed, doesn't mean you can't work for a box company. As the medical techology advances faster by the increased amount of research, things that once killed people by the thousands are nothing to be afraid of.

I didn't quite get the "McDondonalds" part, but if you mean that there wouldn't be enough people for all the jobs, that can easily be solved. Factories can be automatized and people unemployed can be assigned, and so on.

"Lazy" people will start to work or be executed. Laziness is a very dumb cause of death. Ask yourself, would you rather die than work and prosper?

Medical research can eliminate these people who can never work before they're even born. Today, we can see if a fetus is deformed or has Down's syndrome. Accidents in birthgiving can be avoided by sufficient preparation.
