Somebody working on a public lobby server?

is someone working on a public lobby server that you can download and install on your pc?
Would be nice. Very nice. hope someone is creating it. read some stuff on the wiki

Why would anyone bother creating an installable lobby server?  I don't see any need for it.

I don't think he's talking about the kind of thing EH is working on.  I think he's talking about a lobby server (itself) that you can run on your computer.  If he is talking about what EH is working on (a client app specifically to check the lobby server), then yeah, that is useful and there is at least one person working on something like that
