hmm what is the stuff beside the weapon

ok so the title says it all. when you pick your weapon in a server it has like numbers on he right of it.... what does each mean?

It means that you are in a server with a weapon mod.
At the moment I can't explain what they all mean, just try to figure them out.

all i need to know is what speed, rate, acc. , and bink are or at least i need to know which one tells u how much it would go up like in realistic mode. they have this thing where when u shoot once the trigger thing goes up or something i wanna know which think tells that

Speed is how fast the bullet moves.
Rate is how fast the gun fires.
Acc is how inaccurate you are while moving.

I think what you are looking for is Recoil. I don't know if that is on the list or not.

Bink is a form of 'recoil' in a sense. The higher a bink, the worse your accuracy gets from continuous shots. (i.e. Causes your gun to start shooting upwards.) High bink guns such as the Minigun are terrible aim in Realistic mode.

And the percentages... the first percentage (I don't know the rest) shows how much that statistic has changed. If it isn't 100%, then it's modded.
