(I'd like to be able to shoot while being inv, because current invic sucks, it doesn't give any advantage)

Are there any game-modes that need this more then others?  I don't feel it's necessary, but on the other hand, any optional thing is good as long as it doesn't fuck up soldat.

I dont support shooting while invincible. Strong F11 on that part.

Sometimes it is more than necessary to camp on enemy spawn (inf_Warehouse red spawn, inf_Fortress, ctf_Kampf) in order to not let flagger cap or to protect your own flagger. It'll kill pretty much any small-sized map, especially DM maps.

In the maps I mentioned spawns are very close to where main action is. And if players have even just 2-3 seconds of invincibility and they can shoot - it'll be an unfair advantage.

The point of invincibility is to give you time to ready up. If you start shooting - that means you're ready for action, so you dont need invincibility anymore.

Also, after i thought again, the respawn invincibility should be map related, as some maps just need that short invincibility because otherwise they just might get past the efc defenders and kill the efc instantly, what would affect the gameplay severely.

F12 for map related invincibility (yes, it would be a minor map format change, but imo it should be like with the dedicated server: if there is a line xy it would use the number that is there specified, otherwise it would use the default lenght)
