Any way to disable the medics spawn?

Set the chance off a medikit spawning in the server settings to 0.
You might also have to remove the spawn points from the map itself.

No, u just set it in the options to zero and u don't have to remove medkit spawns from map.

i think theres no other way then to edit the mapfile and change the mapsettings to medkits:0

correct.. I checked what I said and I was wronk.. u have to change it in map settings :\ I mixed up Soldat and PolyaWorks...
