...I don't know if anyone's said this, but I'm too lazy to check.

Yes, someone already said it. -.-

Well, everything else seems to be getting the "option" of being modded, why not nades? I think they're fine as they are now, but people who want weird and wacky game modes can always use more stuff to change.

Oh wait, changing the default nade speed? No. I think they're just fine as they are now.

The speed of an object in a game is usually measured in ticks which are a specific set time. A tick is the iterated time period upon which all important actions in a game take place.
This can be in any amount such as a second, a day a month, a year ect.

In regards to grenade speed(And all weapons in general); I'm not too sure if this is correct, but 60 ticks is equal to one second and the lower the ticks, the faster the object goes. So if it was 30 ticks, it would be half a second.
Do you get it now.
Lol, internets.

Ticks are only used to measure things that actually take a set amount of time, like reload time and rate of fire. NOT GRENADE SPEED. We know what ticks are; throwing around terms that aren't relevant really doesn't prove much.

Get it now?

bulletspeed- the more the faster the bullet is (opposite for grenades)
fire interval-time between shots, the smaller the value means the gun will shoot faster

Nades are already spammed everywhere and adding more speed won't help anything. I hate grenades with a passion, F11.

Grenade speed and rate of fire are meausred in TICKS.
Read your weapon.ini you fool.
The smaller the number the faster said object goes.
I'm throwing around terminology i know what the fuck i'm talking about, and my post wasn't trying to attack anyone so don't fucking flame me for trying to be helpful because it seemed like some people didn't know what ticks were.

Well genius, if grenade speed isn't measured in ticks what is it measured in?

how could speed be measured in ticks if a tick is a measure for time? 60 ticks=1second
fire interval is measured in ticks, altough I'd fancy if it was in miliseconds for even better performance tweaking

Funny, I don't see anything there mentioning flight speed.

The smaller the number the faster said object goes.

Actually, that's completely backwards. Higher=faster.

I'm throwing around terminology i know what the feck i'm talking about,

...Actually, I think I already took care of that. Moving on...

Well genius, if grenade speed isn't measured in ticks what is it measured in?

Lemme put it simply...Big number make bullet go fast. Small number make bullet go slow.

If by "what is it measured in" you mean "does it have an easily recognizable work like ticks to throw around in an attempt to look like you have  some idea of what you're talking about" I'm afraid the answer is no.

and my post wasn't trying to attack anyone so don't fecking flame me for trying to be helpful because it seemed like some people didn't know what ticks were.

I fail to see how spreading around completely fake information is helping anyone.

time intervals between 2 bullets are measured in ticks, smaller the tick, the faster you can throw another one.

however the actual speed of the bullet or nade flying in the air is measured in... dunno but I do know that the bigger the number the faster the thing flies..

now what are you talking about, the time interval or the speed of the bullet?

This topic is about bullet speed. (Which btw I don't think needs to be changed.)

They are a BIT slow...but i'm use to it, the only problem is, is when a enemy is charging right at you,you usally get pawnd before the grenade hits the player..so a little tweak may be nessisary

I suggest to stay far far away or improve aim,
or switch to m79, since it shoots a much powerful version of granade. One hitters ARE the ultimate killing weapon, since its what most of the nade + gun combo trying to achieve.

Possibly, but if they are changed it should be in the form of rate of fire to prevent spamming. Not nerfing the speed.
