Looking for an interface

I am looking for this interface. I asked the person that is using it and all he could say was its at soldatforums and I have been looking for it for awhile. So hopefully someone knows where it is or can at least give me a name or author. Thanks in advanced.

It's a mixture of both Soldat Reborn and CelDamage Mods I believe.

Ok, so I've downloaded some new interfaces, I extracted it into the custom interfaces. I tried to use it, after I selected it over soldat, and it showed the normal interface. Why does it do that? What's wrong with it and how do I fix it?

.png files wont work in Custom-Interfaces, but you can extract these fles into Soldat/Interface-gfx. Dont worry about overwrite because original .bmp's will stay, only .png interface will be loaded first.
