   I remember I was bored of regular tw and decided to try out the newest fad, TTW. So I went in, But for some weird reason, :-\ All of alpha and bravo were spawning on top of the roof in tw_rage. This hasn't just happened in that server, but in many other of my favorite servers, even those without scripts running. Why does this happen?

Basically, it occurs on windows based servers, and it will be fixed in the next version.
