Um...the making of the guns and stuff.
Example go into the Interface folder in soldat,go to Guns, and see those pics of the guns? well there sprites, I need people to help me make those

Anyway, you'll probably be wanting to look at inexpensive and compact weapons from the 70's and 80's particularly machine pistols.

Unfortunately you can't alter the reloading time on the spas12...

I recommend setting the damage lower to balance out its fast reloading speed.

if you modify the .ini yes, but online will be strange
maybe you should add some mini machineguns like MAC or Uzi, and pistols.
