Primary Weapon in OnWeaponChange?

Hi,

Primary Weapon is always the one you shoot with, correct?

Like, if i have the ak74 as primary and the SOCOM as secondary.
If i switch weapons ingame (then shooting with the socom), OnWeaponChange will be called with socom as primary and ak74 as secondary, right?

If it's correct, a simply "Yes" is enough for me.
