'3094610004' is not an integer value - error

Hey guys, I got home form school today and started up Soldat, i wa snot connected to the internet because I was playing the bots like I normally do (my parents take my wireless card away from me a lot). But I got this really weird error

'3094610004' is not an integer value

So i restarted, same error, reinstalled, same error. I just don't know what to do. Any help is welcome.

Ah, my worst nemesis in life: the Soldat integer error.

When you reinstall, follow these steps:

1) Back up whatever important files you want (taunts, screenshots, etc.)
2) Uninstall Soldat
3) Delete any remaining files in the Soldat folder
4) Restart your computer
5) Reinstall Soldat
6) Restart again for good measure
7) Test to ensure that Soldat now works
8) Replace backed up files

A lengthy but effective solution.
