Post amount restriction

I think there should be a limit to the amount of post that can be posted in 24 hours. Way to many people spam! And simply post for higher post counts.

Something like;
When you're major(1) you can post 5
when you're Major you can post 10..
And so on.

As it's stupid the amount of spam and crap posted, especially in 'The Lounge'.
And it's hard for admins or mods to be on the forums 24/7 to check for spam, but I think it would greatly improve things.

There's something already in place to restrict spammers, they're called moderators.

Those titles (Major(1), Major, etc) are automatically assigned based on how many posts the people have.

If you see spam/crap being posted, use the Report to moderator button.  The instant you fill that out and submit it, e-mails are sent out to all moderators and I can say for sure that they're checked often. 

That's the best way to control spam and other issues, please use it

I just went back through his posts and warned him for every post he deserved a warning for, because it didn't contribute to the thread.

It was funny.

The sad part that his ban was lifted. I feel... molested.

Why to restrict posts? Why not to remove the post count entirely? That would mean that other places than the lounge should be a bit better safe from those who post for the post count, rather than for the actual content in the post.
