Our utter existence.
« on: December 15, 2007, 12:22:12 am »
Now that I finnaly finished reading MM's blog about life, He has made me ponder, what are we really? I agree with his thoughts of us being the observers of our own mind's actions, but some days, I fall out of my body, wake up a few seconds later, and find I'm still playing soldat with no human intention. Michal has finnaly screwed up my inner thoughts with his blog, my question is, if I am an observer, what controls my mind?

Edit:How do you think the world would be like if everything was accepted, world peace and not ever a single war, poverty,or stock crash, would ever happen?Would you choose that world over the existing world? What do you think of a perfect world?

I don't think we are really observers. I think we are learners, and we learn by observing - observing ourselves and other people/their impression of us/their idea of 'normal'.

The problem is we can never get an appropriate depiction of ourself. Second-hand opinions are never reliable - some people don't have the heart, and others have cruel intentions. The only way we can change ourselves is by learning about ourselves and that is a long, grueling process (which is never completed). One minute we think we've figured it out, and then the next we're back to the drawing board.

If everything was accepted? That's a big if.

Once you figure out that you don't need to figure it all out, then you are finally starting to get your shit together.

Its interesting to talk about though, but a lot of people here lack imagination or are scared to use it.

The more i read of MM's Blogs, the less i can understand about life. I generally understand what he is saying, but that causes me to not understand why everything is how it is, why does greed and other forms of corruption run rampant? Anyways, as for the answer to our existence, i think it was a total mistake. For those of you who believe in the Big-Bang theory (if you don't feel free to move on to another post), i wonder how life came from some super-mega-ultra-intense explosion? Whatever, we are alive - so it's time to make something of it...
