now i know these comics are on the line between hilarious and effing retarded, but seeing as i'm not an american, i have not even the slightest of clues about these certain comics' educational point (or if such laws really exist):

allright i was caught smoking in school myself when i was younger. indeed i got suspended, but .. .. .. .. .. FINED, AND FORCED FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE ?
is there such a law that allows the school's staff or even the police to fine you for smoking in school? honest question, i really don't know.

first, the supposed "cop" is obviously off-duty since he's just walking his dog and not wearing his uniform, how is he going to arrest them? and for what? can you really get arrested in Arizona for being outside past curfew? AND WHAT THE FOCK IS A CURFEW AND WHAT SICK AND DEMENTED PLACE ON EARTH STILL HAS IT?

I tried looking through these and trying to see if there's some sort of underlying meaning, maybe some sign that they're actually genius in ways that aren't immediately evident, hell, some redeeming quality somewhere or another, but... Nope, these seem pretty completely... Void.

These are actually kinda funny.

The first one, they got pulled over because the girl wasn't white. It's like extreme racial profiling.

In the second, yeah, they feck them over for smoking int he bathroom.

In third, the guy is a cop, but he's a cool black dude, so he's ok about the curfew thing, so long as they aren't getting in trouble.

It strikes me as so bizarre that these might be purely U.S.A. concepts.

That's just sad. In Britain the legal age is 18 and even younger if it's in a resturant served with a meal. The 'Land of the free' has the highest drinking age in the world!

And the last place I heard of a curfew being used was in Iraq. Obviously the US are exporting their laws.

Seems to be more of a comic made by people who want kids to obey rules, than someone who tries to be funny.
Some sick rules too. 21? Curfew's? community service and suspension for smoking? tons of guys on my school smoke on the school premises. Teachers try to make them go further away to smoke, but nothing else.

Actually curfew exists in almost all countries. I know that a guy from germany once got caught on the street without an "adult" and was fined a couple hundred euros and got a bonus ride home.
