Soldat 1.5 Will Not Run

I just recentyl downloaded the Soldat 1.5.1 Beta, and I tried to open up Soldat 1.5.1 again, and a message comes up saying "http:/soldat.pl has stopped working. Windows is chekcing for a solution." I've downloaded all new versions of java, downloaded the windows vista service pack 2, downloaded all the latest directx drivers, and even set everything back to default on the setup. HELP!!! ???  :'(
