Everytime when I'm at school and we are playing kickball, outside when cars pass by I hear this thumping noise, there window is down, and I hear it bummmmbuuummm bum bum buuummmm. I told my friends "what the heck is that?". And they say its a bass beat. Is it? And if it isn't, what is it?
