I use my IntelliMouse software to change one of the side buttons functions to middle-click. Go into soldat and set it to middle-click. The only problem is that you have 2 buttons on the mouse for the same thing.

I tried middle click, but I was too used to the E key to bother keeping it.

Easiest to use spacebar for grenades. Mouse wheel to change weapon and wheelclick to throw it. :|

Well I have a Genius Laser mouse, and I've got a software with it so I can customize the buttons on it. I just made it so that when I press a side button on it, it simulates a keystroke (let's say e) problem solved.
