I really didn't know where to post this. So i'll post it here. Okay i'm so use to seeing some forumers like a4yo, Echo-Trail, Dascoo, and jrgp. But there were some forumers i knew little or i just saw them post a lot.  I swear I use to Kamrazon a lot but now he's gone. Also I wonder about the mods like Annie or Anna( sorry i don't know which one). I was wondering do you ever wonder wtf happened to someone that just disappeared and who?

We chased them away with a plank with a nail in it.

People leave, people don't post etc. no need for a search party

They get replaced by spamming 15 year olds who drive them away.

That is the general look at it, yes, but some people move on for different reasons. Maybe they just get bored, or they realise that the forums is a waste of time or whatever.. Some mods aren't active on the various boards at all, but they still keep close contact to some of the forumers/mods/betatesters here. Just goes to show that it's not the forum itself that's interresting, but some of the people using it.

But yeah, a lot of the 'oldies' have gone.
I fucking miss all you cunts!

Most of the oldies are gone. Oh I remember the good ol times hehe

Some of them even get banned, like Evil-Ville. But you can see on the bottom o these forums that he participated in the creation of the theme for the "new" forums.

Like echo_trail said, people have their own reasons for leaving. Sometimes they might just have a 'rest' from Soldat and some back to it later on in the year.

He might have created part of the theme for the then-new forums, but that's about all he done for the community. He got banned for being a persistant immature troll and possibly more.

yeah I know. But it's unusual to see how even now, FLAB still credits him for that and even let him in again.
Oh and BTW how old are the "new" forums?

These forums were made in June 2006, the creation of the new forums being named 'Operation Bum Weasel'.

I guess you still have to credit people for their work, no matter how much of an ass they are. But maybe FLAB could just...forget to add him there :)

No he didn't, he was banned for goatse'ing the forums in every Lounge topic.  He was allowed back on the forums even after his perma-ban because he was still one of the best lounge moderators that the forums have ever had!  You haven't been around the Soldat community nearly long enough to see all the contributions that Ville made for it.  Not even forum things, but with mapping, keeping infiltration alive, and creating the greatest clans EVER!!

I miss Ville too. It's a real shame that he had to go and goatse all over the place. At least when he posted bizarre off-topic crap, it was GOOD bizarre off-topic crap.

Does he still show up in the IRC at all? I might have to make a habit of going there more often, like I've said 900 times.

I was around long before he was first banned. I was talking more about his 2nd ban. And yes I know he done loads of other stuff. I guess you'd know that the clan was good considering you were in it; or am I thinking of Meandor... Anyway, I've never been that involved in the clan scene, so I wouldn't know.

I wonder what made him crack. Maybe he did it because on on 4Chan told him to. For him, that'll be as good a reason as any.  ::)

damn, ville is as far from 4chan as you can get!!  i think you are confusing 'creative genius' with 'generic internet troll', man.  and no, i wasn't in his AWESOME clan.  but palloco was!!  that's right, THE palloco.
