Download scenery from other maps, there's a lot like this kind of scenery. No one blames u from that. But if u really want to "create" scenery, go with this pic into paint, resize, zoom it and leave the tree and paint the rest of pic lime. Well Im not really skilled to do scene but I believe this is the easiest way.

Well I guess most of ground scenery is free for all. Of course for example, if u create an unique big house with lot of staff with lot of time. And then someone else uses it. It's wrong then. But I think that ground scenery isn't any unique so it's free for all. No one really blames about that. In fact if I see someone using my scenery, I would be more glad than angry (and I think Im not the only one). Cos then I see "I've done a small piece of this map".
