Obviously at first glance you can tell it's combusting the atoms that are entering the chamber with ionized plates so it's not much of anything magical... Unless you want to stick your head in there and get killed.But'ya get to see the awesome spinning gear! Hoorrrayy!

heh I was just getting down to the last posts to see if anyone posted it.  I hadn't yet decided whether or not I'd post the answer or not (because it'd spoil the fun).

Rotary engines are neat, simple in concept and easy to maintain because they have few moving parts.... but once they get to a certain age they're a bitch to maintain
