More smoke. M27 link.

1:

So what I suggest is to add some more smoke for more realistic/cooler look.

-It should be turned on/off in options menu to prewent low FPS at older PCs.

So after you'll shoot any weapon, a little (3x3/4x4 pixels or something like) smoke will stay for ~3 seconds in the place where the barrel was when shooting and this smoke will raise and dissapear.

2:

M27 link. Just add the links to the M249 ammo so when you shoot it there are shells and links falling. Links should have other phisics than shells (they're lighter)

Since when has object's mass had to do anything with how they fall/bounce?

I'm not good at phisic but as I good remember it has something to do with that.

I mean that the shell should go down faster than the links.

No, thats false. No matter if you have aeroplane with mass of 50 grams, or a golf ball with mass of 500 mega grams, they both fall with equal speed if the only affecting factor is gravity.

Indeed; in fact, the links would have less air resistance.
