It is a stupid rule to put a 20kb file size restriction on images.

Well you've got a few "Soldat Beta Testers," and a mod/admin or two, as well as the list above, and hundreds of others, breaking your not-so-thought-out rules.

If (whoever the dick is that deleted my avatar and signature as well as a few others, for the fact that they were SLIGHTLY larger than 20kb) you're going to use your powers to crack down on "rule breakers" at least fecking do your job; otherwise, quit being a jackass. I noticed as well that they completely wipe your signature (image and text) - How about you make a rule about people with TONS of text in their damn signature? It isn't a question of people loading images, it's a question of how annoyed a person can be on the forum by either an image or text.

Are you special for some reason?  Everyone else on the forum makes use of the "Report to moderator" link to report oversize sigs.

No need to throw a huge hissy, just use that to report sigs that are over the limit and then a mod/admin will cut it out right away.

As for your "it is a stupid rule" argument... go read all of the other posts from people who have bitched about it.  It has been the rule forever, and it is because people shouldn't have to wait for huge signatures and avatars to load.  20KB is a PERFECTLY reasonable size for these files.  I challenge anyone to show me a signature or avatar that doesn't fit into 20KB with the right settings in GIMP (or your program of choice).

If you don't want your sig completely deleted then read the rules....

Also there is a rule about having to much text in your sig... if you actually read the rules instead of crying like a little girl you would know this. Since I doubt you have the mental ability to figure this riddle I just gave you here it is:

Thank you for clarifying that, as I've seen people with much more text than I now have in my signature in a double signature and more than 70 with raw text. Must be more admin/mod slack.

1. Report signatures if they break the rules.
2. No one cares you got your signature removed.
3. If you keep on acting like a baby you will get banned.

I thought it was stupid rule but You can easily make signature less than ( or close to ) 20 kb.

Bendarr, signature rules are the least of our worries.  We don't often have the patience to check and we tend to let slide small problems from established, behaving members.

If you're a new user, you can count on us to check more frequently while you adjust to our rules and if you misbehave.
