Hello

I hope its worth of a topic in discusions and I dont wanna talk crapload of feckz in here so one simply question :

~~Does anybody wants CS mod of mine ?~~

P.S.: Before you blame Im making this because It isnt complete... and I guess I wont have time for it for a long time.

EDIT: New picture updated. Showing all weapons + added 2 silenced weapons, gosteks, the left one is SAS counter terrorist and the right one is called "TERROR" in the CS. + showing the explosion.

All CS mods I've seen aren't even good. So I think that it's worth to have one really good.

Okay check the 1st post, Im developing it and its almost done, I made it some time ago and it wasnt all finished. Yesterday I fixed a bunch of hippie bugs and made a gostek and added Galil Defender. The picture is ready , I will just make one more gostek (CT, the T is finished) and fix some bugs and it will be ready. Maybe Ill do all gosteks (8 gosteks - 4 terrorists + 4 counter-terrorists)

Progress: Both sides has got their representative gosteks (red team : Terror Blue team : SAS)
Suggested grenades were made.
All sounds (I could get) are added
Sparks-gfx changed
Many bugs fixed

Ill update the 1st picture when I get time.

I dont know, maybe Ill add there M249 or make something for it... some minigun. Dunno for now. But all weapons are full modded , gosteks are ready, interface is completed but I should somewhat remake it and sparks are quite complete too. Only thing to make are the objects = medikit,nade box... etc.

I wasnt able to find there any weapon files/pictures so I give up. Honestly I am able to release a demo for this mod. I mean , not finished but all weapons from the game are active and loaded.

You can make suicide C4 for chainsaw. I know that's not the best idea but at least it's from standard CS.

Ill do everything and the most weapons which fits will be the adept for chainsaw. But still the best one for it is the shield or the cheap overused chainsaw.

Imo it should be shield with changed animation or C4. When I see a chainsaw in any mod it's "-" for me. I like realism and slicing people with saw isn't realistic (at battlefield for sure

How about a flamer or laser rifle on this place? Thery are used probably on some modded maps. At least there are flamer and laser on CS2D which is completly copy of normal CS but it's 2D.

This mod is almost finished and it's worth the full relase

Honestly, not at all and I don't even remember the process, so I don't know what I have already finished and what not. I don't know what to fix and what to not. But I can upload it. I remember the Galil sound was pretty shitty and the interface too.
Ive got unfinished nades too.

Things Ive got, all weapons made. Sounds for weapons and weapons gfx too I quess, two gosteks , SAS and TERROR and interface. Many sounds (misc.) and Im not sure but I guess even the sparks-gfx are some done, and maybe even explosion.

Okay, are you sure you want the current version ?

I can upload it easily because next week I've got last exams (graduations) and the week after I'm going to/on Cyprus for 3/5 months so I'll be out and when I come back I will go on college so in my free time which will be really limited I don't plan to come back to modding.

Tomorow I'll release the current weapons and I hope I'll add the PNG support too.

Agreed that the BF2 mod is rated too low to make sense [3 stars...?] so I tried jacking it up a little bit. Really don't think any mod out there is 5 stars yet, with the exception of MS-Mod, Heretic Mod [?], WW2 TCS [yes, I know but I'm mostly pointing at the sheer effort there], and possibly Land Warrior 2.0. Probably one or two mods I missed [Please not SAC, SAC has serious issues with the in-games], so 4-stars is good for any respectable mod. Agree with you on that these days it seems like menu graphics are all the rage and I know that you're just mostly doing menus these days but I think, if you work on your in-games a bit you can crank out something even better... Dunno. How much time you you want to ~~waste~~ devote doing this is also a question you'll want to ask yourself.

Screw study, it's 23:18 here. I don't really care about that because last exams is a bullbollocks here, everybody will do it. I will contact the college and buy some things for flight on Cyprus. When I arrive in September I'll go study on college. Only thing what really bothers me now is the ,how to call it..."brotherhood" maybe. I don't wanna be abadonded oldschool moron who waste years just for nothing. I mean, I've got good times here even when more than 3/4 don't even know me. There were awesome guys at start, skilled modders, constructive critique and nice atmosphere... now I feel like it's heading to full of novices and haters.

I did upload it and added on the 1st page. Beta officialy released , without PNG support tho. Enjoy.

Your English is fine, but your attitude concerns me [who am I...?]. Anyways, the only thing I get mad at these days is just seeing the bad attitude of the people around here. Anyways, I think you're looking at stuff from the wrong angle -- always putting yourself down. This is unfortunately the exact opposite from some of the other people that I get mad at, but to make things short, both attitudes are unhealthy.

Maybe you're going the wrong way with how you want to pixel? I think you're trying to pursue Papa's technique too much instead of developing your own unique style [which still shows through usually]. R6V mod probably had some of your best interface work, but to be honest I think it got lost in your Deadly Arsenal pile and you never really followed up to capitalize on those gorgeous interface guns [you never fixed the AUG A3 either -cry- ]. Oh well, perhaps a small break would give you some time to think about how you wish to proceed and give you some renewed energy.

I just finished 1st degree on college. So I'm kinda happy. Lately I am playing only League of Legends which is free to play Moba which I totaly felt in love with.

There's still people playing this games , gathers , pubs , competition , sure there's less people than the past years but youre just aggravating the situation by saying this .
